The Peak Centre Golf Program is an integrated, full service program that combines state of the art physical assessment, individualized exercise prescription, periodic performance review and reassessment. This program can be done at home or within a group environment set up at a health club, training center or golf club. The golf program will push your body to stress the necessary muscles for continued improvement by locking you into your individual training category and ensuring quality training.
