Terms and Conditions for Our Military Dating Sites
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MilitaryDating and set out the rights and responsibilities of both you and our platform.
Effective date: July 15, 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account or using MilitaryDating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. As one of the relationship-focused military dating sites built for verified members, we rely on these terms to keep the community safe, honest and serious about lasting connections.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify members. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Registration and Your Account
Registration establishes your relationship with MilitaryDating and comes with a few essential obligations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the service. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information in your profile. Misrepresenting your identity, age, service history or relationship intentions undermines the community and may result in suspension.
One Account per Member
Each member may maintain a single account. Creating duplicate or automated accounts is prohibited and may lead to removal from the platform.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Rules of Conduct on Armed Forces Dating Sites
Respect is the foundation of every interaction here. Like other trusted armed forces dating sites, we expect members to treat one another with honesty and courtesy. When you use MilitaryDating, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate other members.
- Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive.
- Solicit money, investments, gifts or financial assistance from other members.
- Share the personal or operational details of a service member in violation of OPSEC.
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam or advertising.
- Attempt to access, scrape or interfere with the platform's systems or other accounts.
We encourage every member to review our safety tips to build genuine, respectful relationships.
Zero Tolerance for Romance Scams
Romance fraud harms real people. Any attempt to deceive members for money or emotional manipulation results in immediate removal. Learn to spot the warning signs on our safety tips page.
- Refusing to video chat with repeated excuses.
- Requesting money for leave approval, medical bills or travel home.
- Claiming to be on a “secret mission” that prevents normal contact.
- Moving extremely fast emotionally (love-bombing).
- Using photos that appear on multiple profiles.
- Impersonating a service member or sharing a military ID as “proof.”
Prohibition of Fraud and Scam Activity
Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited on MilitaryDating. This includes catfishing, impersonating active duty service members or veterans, soliciting money under any pretext, and using stolen photos or false identities. We use fraud screening and member reports to identify and remove bad actors, and we cooperate with authorities where appropriate.
If you encounter suspicious behavior, report it to us immediately. Protecting our community from scammers is a shared responsibility, and prompt reporting helps keep the platform safe for everyone.
Intellectual Property
All content on MilitaryDating that we create - including the platform design, logos, text, graphics and software - is owned by MilitaryDating or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute this content without permission.
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload to your profile. By posting content, you grant MilitaryDating a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
Limitation of Liability
MilitaryDating provides an introduction service and is not responsible for the conduct of any member, whether online or offline.
Service Provided "As Is"
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to verify profiles and screen for fraud, we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions or conduct of every member. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not promise that you will find a match, a relationship or marriage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MilitaryDating is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm other members. Grounds for action include harassment, scam activity, false information and misuse of the platform.
You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, and we may retain limited information as required by law or as described in our privacy policy. Certain provisions of these Terms, including intellectual property and liability clauses, survive termination.
